What we don't do
We don't rank products as the best or number one in a category, because that kind of claim isn't verifiable from labels alone. We don't publish invented test results, made-up reader surveys, or before-and-after narratives. We don't describe supplements as substitutes for medical care. If a product's marketing leans on those frames, we describe the product without repeating the claim.
Two smaller habits are worth naming. We don't infer a benefit from an ingredient name, and we don't treat a longer ingredient list as a better one. A panel with twenty entries and a panel with twelve can both be complete formulations for their own serving size; the length of the list tells you how the formula was built, not how it will work for you.
This page is product-informational. Nothing here is medical advice, and the comparisons are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you take prescription medication or manage a health condition, the useful question is not what our comparison says but what your clinician says about your own situation.
